Venues

Looking for a space centrally located to attractions and restaurants? Coast over to the Corpus Christi Municipal Marina downtown. Built around two "T-heads" and one "L-head", the Marina is home to local shrimp boats, private yachts, public boat tours, and several waterfront restaurants.

The Marina is also home to the Wednesday Night Regatta, a weekly sailboat race that the public can view from built-in seating along the 1.5-mile-long seawall that runs through downtown and the Corpus Christi Bay.

More than 560 wet slips are available for commercial and leisure vessels in the Marina. Amenities include a fuel dock, free sanitary pump-out station, private showers/restrooms, laundry facilities, public boat ramps, wet slips, dry storage, and board boat racks. The Marina also has a service yard where tenants can perform maintenance and minor repairs along with a boat repair facility for contracted repairs.

Paved parking lots are also present on the two T-heads and L-head that surround the Marina.

Conveniently located in the Marina is Harrison's Landing -- an event space, restaurant, bar, and attraction. And as the city's only restaurant that floats, attendees are sure to have a memorable experience at this unique venue that is within walking distance from downtown hotels. Other waterfront restaurants found in the Marina are Joe's Crab Shack and Landry's Seafood House.

A long-time favorite of local fishermen, Marker 37 was rebuilt after Hurricane Harvey as a premier Texas Coast Destination for boating, fishing, and special events. For boaters, there is a grass-free boat launch, dock-side fueling including Diesel and Ethanol-Free fuel, and boat slips are available to rent with electricity and water. Fishers can get outfitted at the on-site store with live or frozen bait, food, drinks, and a variety of tackle and boating supplies.

The space also contains volleyball courts, shuffleboard, cornhole, a 600-foot pier, and more than 26,000 square feet of rentable space for your next event.

Free WiFi and multiple electrical outlets are on site along with ATM machines and multiple shaded areas. Other services Marker 37 can provide are shuttle buses, an on-site event coordinator, catering, and bar service.

Capacity-wise, Marker 37 can host 30 boats in their marina and 250 cars in their parking lot.
