Drew Mayer-Oakes, CFC Film and Music Commissioner

Drew Mayer-Oakes, CFC, is a seasoned film and creative industries leader with over 20 years of experience advancing film, television, and media production across Texas. He currently serves as the Film and Music Commissioner for Visit Corpus Christi, where he leads efforts to position the Coastal Bend as a competitive destination for film, music, and creative projects, strengthen industry partnerships, and support local talent and economic growth. Previously, Drew held key leadership roles with the El Paso Film & Creative Industries Commission and the San Antonio Film Commission, helping attract major productions and develop pioneering local incentives. He’s also an active industry advocate, serving on executive boards and shaping film policy throughout the state.

Paulina Manseau

Paulina Manseau, PDM Marketing Manager, Film & Music

Paulina Manseau is the Marketing Manager for Visit Corpus Christi’s Film & Music Commission, where she leads brand storytelling and industry-focused marketing efforts to position the city as a destination for film, music, and creative production. With nearly a decade of experience across marketing and filmmaking, she specializes in translating place into compelling narratives that connect with creatives and partners alike. Outside of work, you’ll often find her filming coastal landscapes, exploring local spots, or developing original creative projects.
