Javelina of the Year

This award recognizes athletes of any sport who have made significant positive contributions both on and off their field of play during the 2025-2026 school year at Texas A&M University - Kingsville.

Nominees for this award must demonstrate exceptional athletic performance and a strong commitment to community engagement. This includes involvement in local charities, community outreach programs, or acts of leadership that positively impact the well-being of the Coastal Bend community. The Javelina of the Year Award celebrates athletes who embody the Javelina spirit of camaraderie, leadership, and dedication to making a difference beyond their sport.
