Private Training Sessions: Available now, ideal for pre-season preparation.
Monthly Sessions: Commencing January 2026, with dates including: January 13, February 10 and March 3
SESSION DETAILS
Duration: 60 minutes, 10:00 am to 11:00 am
Capacity: Optimal for groups up to 30. For larger teams, we can arrange sessions at your venue, provided it includes AV equipment and a screen.
