• Apartments or lofts

• Land, barns, and ranches

• Schools, churches, gyms, and more

No. Listing your property only makes it visible to filmmakers. If a production is interested, they’ll contact you. You always have the right to decline any offer.

If your property is selected:

• A location scout may visit first for a walk-through.

• You’ll review and sign a location agreement that includes dates, payment, insurance, and expectations.

• You’ll coordinate directly with the production team to approve logistics.

• Protection: Productions are required to carry insurance and are responsible for cleanup and any damage. A location agreement will clearly outline terms and expectations.

• Payment: If your property is selected, you’ll negotiate compensation directly with the production team. Rates vary based on the project type, length of use, and any special requirements.

• Control: You’re never obligated to say yes. Being film-friendly simply means you're open to being contacted. You can decline any project at any time.
