In September 2023, Visit Corpus Christi unveiled its latest four-year strategic plan, building upon the foundation laid out in 2020. This comprehensive plan outlines a fresh perspective through key initiatives that are necessary to fulfill our vision of becoming the Gulf Coast Capital for year-round experiences and events, and to lead the tourism industry, and overall community, into truly becoming a world-class destination. The purpose of this plan is to provide a fresh perspective, new strategic goals, and actionable initiatives for Visit Corpus Christi as an organization, alongside the guidance of the DestinationNext Assessment. As we commemorate the conclusion of the inaugural three-year plan, we celebrate the progress made towards our pivotal benchmarks and look forward to the next four years.
