WHAT:
The Coastal Bend Music & Film Industry Symposium (CBMFIS) is a free professional development event for musicians and film industry professionals featuring two dedicated tracks, music and film, with panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities. Attendees will connect with experts from the Texas Music Office, the Texas Film Commission, and national organizations including SESAC and BMI. The film track will include festival programmers, producers, and film funding experts from Texas and across the country, offering real-world tools for producing projects, navigating film festivals, and accessing film funding resources.
