The Texas Food Championship brings competitive cooking to Water’s Edge Park for a three-day celebration of food, live entertainment and Texas-sized competition. Visitors can enjoy cooking competitions, food trucks, craft beverages, artisan vendors, live music and family-friendly activities along the Corpus Christi Bayfront.
CELEBRATION OF FLIGHT | SEPTEMBER 25–27
Head to Hazel Bazemore County Park for Celebration of Flight, where visitors can experience one of the region’s most impressive fall bird migrations. The free, family-friendly event features hawk identification, local vendors, food trucks and activities celebrating the annual migration of raptors along the Texas Gulf Coast.

Corpus Christi International Airport opens its runway for Run the Runway, featuring a 1K Kids Fun Run and 5K for all ages. Participants can enjoy up-close views of aircraft, airport vehicles and other aviation experiences while supporting Wings of Texas.
