CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Visit Corpus Christi today announced the finalists for the 2025 State of Tourism Awards presented by American Bank, an annual program that celebrates the people and businesses driving success in the Coastal Bend’s tourism and hospitality industry.
The awards honor excellence across a wide range of categories, recognizing both individuals and organizations whose dedication, creativity and service elevate Corpus Christi as the Gulf Coast Capital. Categories include Chef of the Year, Bar of the Year, Housekeeper of the Year, Culinary Experience of the Year and more, each spotlighting achievement, innovation and community impact.
Public voting is now open and will remain available through Oct. 31, 2025. Winners will be revealed during the State of Tourism Gala & Hospitality Awards on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025, at the Hilliard Convention Center’s Henry Garrett Ballroom. The evening will begin with a social hour, followed by dinner, programming and the awards presentation. Guests are encouraged to wear Coastal Semi-Formal attire.

The State of Tourism Gala & Hospitality Awards is the signature evening of recognition, honoring leaders, change makers and community champions who strengthen Corpus Christi’s reputation as a premier travel destination.
