The Christi Film and Music Commission, a strategic initiative of Visit Corpus Christi, in partnership with the Corpus Christi Downtown Management District and House of Rock, invites the community and members of the media to a press conference.}
MusicWalk is a signature Downtown Corpus Christi event that transforms the downtown area into a vibrant live music experience, featuring performances at local businesses, galleries and other venues. The event celebrates Corpus Christi’s thriving music scene while showcasing and supporting local artists.
Speakers will include:
• Drew Mayer-Oakes, Corpus Christi Film and Music Commissioner
• Casey Lain, owner of House of Rock and local music advocate
• Arlene Medrano, Executive Director of the Corpus Christi Downtown Management District
• Texas State Representative and Chairman Todd Hunter
