Enjoy Texas Gulf Oysters and Seafood

Come hungry because seafood is at the center of the weekend. Texas Gulf oysters take the spotlight with options including raw oysters on the half shell, grilled oysters, and Oysters Rockefeller. Festivalgoers can also dig into Gulf shrimp, snow crab legs, fish tacos, jambalaya, seafood gumbo, and other Gulf Coast favorites. And it’s not all seafood. With more than 40 vendors throughout the festival grounds, you’ll also find barbecue and grilled dishes, corn on the cob, desserts, sweets, and vegetarian and kids’ menu options. Wash it all down with craft beer, frozen margaritas, fresh lemonade, specialty cocktails, and more.

Catch Two Days of Live Music

Live music keeps the festival going all weekend with performances on the Oysterfest Stage Friday and Saturday. Music kicks off Friday afternoon and continues on Saturday, with a lineup of artists performing throughout both days, including headliners Glen Templeton on Friday and Wade Hayes on Saturday. Grab something to eat, settle into the festival grounds, and catch live music alongside the weekend’s seafood and festivities.
