The Landing
With a newly remodeled sports bar, events center, swimming pool, and a patio with Adirondack chairs overlooking the water, The Landing is a great place to spend the day. Eat a delicious burger made with house-smoked meat, try your hand at corn hole and play with the giant Jenga, or just relax outside and enjoy the atmosphere. Please note that the menu items at this sports bar are not gluten-free. While you’re there, make sure to stop by the adjoining gift shop to score some great sustainable gifts.
Hotel and Lodging
Just a short walk from the marina and restaurants are private lodges available for rent, and a 24-room hotel outfitted with a coastal vibe. The hotel features 3 different room types, each with its own private entrance and ensuite bathroom with ocean-friendly toiletries. Also, visitors staying at the hotel receive free parking.

Launching from the Marina

Fishing
The fish are always biting at The Landing, making it an excellent location to hold fishing tournaments. Find plenty of fishing supplies on the marina, and then head out to your favorite spot.
The Fish Slayer
He’s the marina manager, but Jack is also known as the “fish slayer” due to his record-fast fish cleaning. During fishing tournaments, groups of about 100-250 fishermen will bring several pounds of fish, and within one hour, they will get all the fish broken down and fileted and ready to be cooked.
Fun for the Kids
There’s even something fun and educational for the kiddos. Bring your kids on small fishing outings and sea life outings to help them learn about sea life, the Laguna Madre, and Baffin Bay.
